sincere regards from a belgian airgunner.

The stripdown of the Nikko is not to install the Jon Harris sidewheel. The Jon Harris sidewheel goes directly over the small sidewheel.

But one of the problems with the Nikko is that the sidewheel doesn't operate smoothly which is mainly caused by the o-rings being too big, or the o-rings having not enough grease.

So if you take the sidewheel apart, and replace the o-rings by thinner o-rings, the wheels goes very smoothly, much better than standard. If you don't have thinner o-rings, relubing the original o-rings might improve the feel of the sidewheel as well.

Mário has helped us with his important opinion about these nice scopes that we intend to use on our Dominators for Field Target shooting.
